Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft D365 Business Central Lead Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central modules and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support services. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of the Dynamics 365 Business Central. The candidate will have a technical background with experience with BC development and integration work.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Scope and Analysis session with clients to understand business requirement and design solutions.
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on system functionalities.
  • Perform Data Migration, End User Training, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics Business Central features, best practices, and industry trends.
 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects)
  • Desirable – strong finance implementation experience or accounting qualifications such as CPA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Additional Information:
  • Occasional travel will be required.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed during project key milestones
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Australia, unfortunately no sponsorship will be offered for this role.
