Harrisons needed a modern, scalable platform that could support the organisation’s continued growth, meet evolving security standards, and reduce the operational overhead that comes with managing complex distributed infrastructure. Wild Tech recommended Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud, as a platform offering built-in security, automatic updates, and the elastic scalability a distribution business of this scale demands.

Uptime was a critical priority from day one. Every day of downtime carries real cost across a nationwide network, so Wild Tech designed a disciplined three-stage deployment plan and brought in a D365 specialist to lead execution: environment preparation, User Acceptance Testing, and production go-live.
Harrisons now operates on a secure, modern cloud platform running the latest version of D365, with built-in resilience and automatic updates. The migration delivered a clean upgrade, preserved business continuity throughout, and positioned the company for what comes next, including Copilot and agentic AI capabilities across accounts payable, transportation planning, and predictive inventory management.
Wild Tech’s relationship with Harrisons began more than 12 months before the project kicked off. Harrisons’ senior leadership travelled to Sydney for in-depth cloud briefings. The two organisations also partnered on joint charitable contributions to the Sarawak Forestry Commission, supporting orangutan conservation in the region.
