Meet Tiffany Ong, Head of Microsoft Singapore at Wild Tech. We sat down with Tiffany to talk about her career journey, her approach to leadership and customer relationships, and what she values most about life and culture at Wild Tech.
I’m the Head of Microsoft Singapore at Wild Tech, so I wear a lot of hats. I look after account management, customer success, sales, lead generation and qualification, proposal writing, hiring, P&L, invoicing and even chasing payments. Basically, everything needed to run the business.
I’m very active. I dive, pole dance and recently started skiing, so I’m still very much a beginner. Pole dancing is challenging, but it’s an amazing workout. I’m also going on a diving trip to Okinawa, Japan, at the end of the month.
The team. There’s so much collaboration, transparency and genuine care. People check in to ask if you’re okay or need help. A lot of companies say they have that kind of culture, but here it’s real.
I keep clients informed, respond quickly, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way. It’s about empathy, communication, transparency and building trust.
I came into the industry by chance, but I stayed because it’s fast‑paced and constantly changing. Every year is different, especially with AI transforming everything. I get bored easily, so this industry is perfect for me.
